![]() After machining was done my Powder coater down the road coated it with a very nice gold/brassy paint that matched the custom brass hardware made for the matching sheath. To get the right sizing for the hilt and overall length when finished with a blade, I ended up ordering a DMC cosplay sword from ebay, the metal was thick enough on the tsuba and bottom of the pommel to be re-used in the design. It just so happens at the time Naigon was introducing a whole new series of Igniter boards and I was lucky enough to become one of his installer guys! This saber is completely made from 6061 billet, nothing in it is standard besides the electronic parts. ![]() Initially he contacted me wanting a specialized saber in the form of a Katana, after a few emails I drew a print with section and some switch details.
